The book is a translation of the World Bank report entitled " Benchmarking Public-Private Partnerships Procurement 2017(2017)" in which criteria for evaluating the public-private partnership system with the aim of improving the policy-making process for public participation - Provided privately. Before the beginning of the main chapters of the book, "Preface" was given by the then Deputy Minister about the definition and importance of public-private partnership and the introducing the structure of the book and then "Introduction". However, Iran is not in the list of countries evaluated in the book. But the methodology, criteria and questions raised in the book can be used and localized in assessing the status (index) of public-private participation in the country. Because this discussion is a practical one, the book can be classified as a book in the category of operational and applied texts. It can also be used in the pathology of the national business environment from the perspective of public-private partnership.
